Dear Readers and Friends,
Seasons Greetings and Merry Christmas to you and each member of your families. My greetings to the Seniors and Friends too.
Christmas, a time when we recall that Jesus stood for love, forgiveness and gratitude to God, the Creator.
His message needs more understanding and application to our times.
A book review that I read yesterday said something that struck a cord - Religion as the cause of war for over 500 years now.
Come to think of it, it appears that the teachers of religion like Jesus are celebrated even as their teachings are increasingly disrespected. Quite an irony indeed.
But as researchers, we must reach for the reasons for humans doing so and try and put forth our learned thoughts that could bridge the chasm between preaching and practice.
Once again, wish you all a Merry Christmas. Pray, spend time with family and stay blessed.
